Wellbeing
Achieving wellbeing at work balances the pressures of the role in the Home and understanding and caring for colleagues lives outside of work. We’ve always recognised that striking a balance can be difficult, but we have introduced several initiatives that combine to support the mental health and wellbeing of everyone who works here.
Through the Hapi App, our employees can access the following:
- Online GP service for medical help on the go
- Employee Assistance Program with access to confidential counselling and advice on a wide range of work and personal issues
- Health screening to help identify the early signs of illness, with a range of tests designed to highlight possible health concerns
- Wellness resources and advice to help reduce and manage stress and anxiety, featuring simple exercises and techniques to match your individual needs
- Eye care discounts
Money Wellness
Employees have the option of speaking to a trained consultant who will discuss money wellness with them, and they can help you build a budget and a debt repayment plan if needed. Employees can:
- Access to a free Financial Wellness Mentor who will create a bespoke action plan
- Access to ‘breathing space’ for those that need short term protection from their creditors
- Spending and credit report review
- Improved financial resilience – better budgeting, and savings disciplines
- Regulated advice on dealing with debts and the appropriate debt solutions
- Where a debt solution is invoked, access to a Financial Wellness team to provide ongoing support and tips
- Access to the Financial Wellness app to track payments and to access help when needed
Wagestream
The Wagestream app enables employees to:
- Keep track of their earnings, in real-time a they work
- Have instant access to 40% of wages they've already earned
- Access guidance to help with financial wellbeing (provided in partnership with The Money Charity and Money Advice Service)
