CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner) - Parris Lawn, Lewes - £15 per hour
- 62 Bedded Nursing and Dementia home
- 36 or 48hrs per week (shifts include alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care to our residents.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for caring for others.
- Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care
