CHAPS (Care Home Assistant Practitioner) - Parris Lawn, Lewes - £15 per hour 

  • 62 Bedded Nursing and Dementia home
  • 36 or 48hrs per week (shifts include alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to our residents.
  • Develop and implement personalised care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of care.
Qualifications / Experience:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for caring for others.
  • Level 3 NVQ Health & Social Care
